ABOUT ME
My name is Meenadchi (she/her).
I believe in slow mischief, listening to our bodies, and clear communicaton.
Since 2009, I have worked at the intersectons of complex trauma, crisis stabilizaton, and empathic communicaton.
I believe that feeling heard brings out the best in us, an ethic I bring to my organisatonal and team-building work.
My clients - both organisatonal and individual - have been my greatest teachers.
You teach me every day that we are meant to do good things.
And we are meant to do them together.

MODALITIES I WORK WITH
I USE TWO PRIMARY MODALITIES:
A proprietary framework of Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication (DNVC) as initially developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.
Family Constellation Therapy as taught to me by my teacher Sarah Peyton.
WHAT IS
Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication?
I STARTED STUDYING NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION (NVC) SO THAT I COULD WIN DURING ARGUMENTS WITH MY AMMA (MOTHER).
I stayed studying NVC because I found it to be an incredible tool for self-awareness and effective communication.
I developed the framework for Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication (DNVC), because I saw how conventional NVC ignored the existence of systemic oppression, individual and collective trauma, and the truth of real-world power dynamics.
KEY PRINCIPLES OF DNVC:
- Conflict handled well will lead to stronger connection
- Listening to our bodies will help us understand our needs
- Knowing our boundaries and capacity is required for genuine empathy
I provide both public and private, organisational trainings to help people build communication that is kind, effective, and clear.
BRING BETTER COMMUNICATION TO YOUR:
WHAT IS
Family Constellation Therapy?
FAMILY CONSTELLATION THERAPY IS A SOMATIC MODALITY THAT CLEARS ANCESTRAL TRAUMA FROM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Our nervous systems are shaped by our lineage, by the environments our ancestors lived in, and the stressors they survived.
Which means that if someone in your family was punished for being their authentic self, you may feel afraid of letting yourself be seen.
If someone in your lineage needed to do everything right in order to survive, you may experience perfectionism so pervasive that it feels like you will die if you cannot get things right.
And if someone in your lineage engaged in chronic self-sabotage, you may subconsciously choose that pattern for yourself in order to feel like you belong.
GEEKY SCIENCE BREAK
Did you know that you existed in your grandmother's uterus?
Yup! When your grandmother* was 5 months pregnant with your mother (meaning your mama was in utero), the eggs which would become you and your siblings were formed.
Which means that the daily stressors your grandmother faced changed the way your own genes were shaped (this branch of research is called epigenetics).
* I use this language for ease. People of all genders have babies.
WHEN YOU CLEAR INTERGENERATIONAL TRAUMA FROM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, YOU’LL BE EQUIPPED TO:
- Break free from toxic family and relationship cycles
- Create financial freedom and ease
- Pursue a professional path that genuinely aligns with your values and purpose
